- vittore alessandro benito salvatore gambino was born and raised in genova, italy where he lived for the first 7 years of his life before his family moved to new york where they lived until he turned 14 and his family relocated again to san diego.
- upon moving to the states, vittore adapted to the english version of his first name (victor) and made everyone, even his family, call him vic. of course, this doesn't go to say that his mother doesn't still call him and shout, "VITTORE ALESSANDRO BENITO SALVATORE GAMBINO!" into the phone when he's done something wrong, which can be somewhat frequent depending on the sort of week he's had and how much alcohol has been introduced into said week. yes, to this day, he hates being called vittore.
- after graduating high school in san diego, vic applied to a few different schools and though he was accepted to nyu and notre dame, as well as san diego city college, he decided to go to sdcity because it was closest to home and he could check up on his family easily, mostly his younger sister. vic has always been overprotective over alle to the point where he warned all his friends in high school as well as his teammates and fraternity brothers at school not go near her as well as threatened every boyfriend she's ever had. it's his duty as an older brother and it makes it that much worse that he's family orientated.
- could it be a stretch to call a frat boy football player traditional? when it comes to vic, not at all. he doesn't date around a lot and in fact has only had two girlfriends in his life which he was careful not to bring home and introduce to his mother and sister. it's not that he's deeply in the market to find 'mrs. right' and settle down, but he's serious about his future and that extends to any girl that might be in it. he doesn't say no to hooking up from time to time, but he's also careful to let the girl know beforehand that it's unlikely anything will come from it considering his beliefs.
- because of the above, vic tends to be too serious about things and has trouble with his temper on and off the football field. numerous times he's gotten into fights with the opposing teams in games and had to sit on the bench for the remainder of aforementioned games. of course, being too serious doesn't stop him from making and/or laughing at the dirty joke of the week.
- because his mother is american and his father is italian, he speaks both languages fluently, but that doesn't stop him from occasionally mixing them together and getting confused glances from anyone who doesn't speak italian in his vicinity. occasionally, he does it just because he thinks it's funny.
- his favorite movies are gangster movies, the absolute best in his opinion being scarface which is unbearable to watch with him given he knows every line tony montana says and tends to act out the movie and talk along with al pacino's role.
- outside of smoking weed at an occasional party, vic has never done drugs and likewise disapproves of drugs stronger than weed.
- vic strongly believes that honesty is the best policy all the time. he doesn't mean to be cruel or hurtful, but because he's very honest and outspoken, he tends to say things that people don't want to hear. despite this, he can be pretty sarcastic at any given moment.
- currently lives with ???
- works at a local clinic while attending medical school.
- vic is unbearably overprotective over everyone he considers a close friend.
